So, I missed my meeting last night due to a work function. But will go tonight.
I really don’t think I did all that well with so many dinners and parties. I’ve definitely made much better decisions that I normally would, but we shall see.
I did buy a scale – not sure if that was the best idea.
I like what my scale at home says v. the weight watchers scale.
Maybe you will surprise yourself! jojo
I found if I weigh myself every morning I can see what decisions do to my weight a little more accurately. Even though you’re supposed to only weigh once a week it is easier to watch it creep down .5 pound at a time.
I am trying to do 4 pounds a month. I just found out I have a wheat and a corn allergy, so my diet is all discombobulated. So far I am down 8 pounds in 2 months.
