Today is that day. Today is that one day of the month where I am bloated, crampy and tired and crappy and thirsting for salt, sugar, chocolate, grease and a nap.

ugh.

 Tonight is another WW weigh-in. I don’t want to even go. I feel like I’ve gained 4 lbs just from being bloated.

So far this morning I have had the following:

1 small DD toasted almond coffee with skim abd splenda = 1 pt

1 bowl Fiber One Honey Clusters cereal with skin = 3 pts

1 chocolate chip peanut butter WW granola bar = 2 pts

I will attempt to restrain myself from trolling the snack machine.

    Best of luck at WW! I know how you feel. There was always one week per month when I could count on a gain rather than a loss just because of the bloat. It’s frustrating, but you know it’s not “real” weight. Hang in there!
