I went to get weighed in last night but didn’t stay for the meeting since we were having company.
I reminded myself how incredibly bad I was with food on vacation, that it’s been 3 weeks since my last weigh in and I shouldn’t be upset with the result, how I have not worked out at all and how I was at my absolutely bloatiest day of the month.
I still didn’t want to hear that I GAINED weight!
+1.2 lbs. So, I’ve only lost 16.2 overall.
Sigh.
At least I feel better in knowing that I wasn’t trying to lose weight during the last 3 weeks only to gain it. I just hate taking steps backwards.
Onward.
I want to lose at least another 25-30 lbs. I am staying focused here.
Back to the strict WW again. Here we go.
Hey Lady….I know how you feel. I have not posted yet, but I have a big gain (5 pounds) on vacation.
Still, A week after getting home I see that it’s starting to fall a bit. School startes in 2 weeks here,a nd I think Josh getting back to school will improve our family routing, helping me to get back into diet mode. Maybe this will help for you too?

Thanks Jojo. I am not really upset because I definitely made a decision to enjoy myself and eat whatever I wanted to. Of course, this included at least 2 fried fish sandwishes, ice cream, fried dough, beer, kettle corn, lobster rolls, italian ices, etc.
So, getting back on track by just writing things down again should be ok. Routine works well for me.
Holly, I love that you’re tracking your weight loss this way. Very inspirational! : ) I’m going to peruse the fall schedule right now and enroll for a weight lifting class or something. YAY, i’m going to be skinny Brandi (or at least slightly chubby Brandi)!
