Don&#039;t forget how much love you have and if WW isn&#039;t right for you, then try something else.  I think that they disregard the effect of sugar on the body.  Try eating less sugar and see how less hungry you feel.  And oh yeah, here&#039;s the best diet tip ever.  Eat only when you are hungry.  Sounds simple, but you have to ask yourself if you are hungry before you eat and stop when you are full.  Remember that food is food and love is love.  Food will not make work easier or ease your stress.  Good luck.</description>
