And I already had an everything bagel with butter.

oh well.

I lost nothing this past week, but I am at 21.8 lbs down overall. Not incredibly impressive since I was down 20.4 back in September, but I am still taking small, teeny tiny, baby steps in one direction.

Yesterday was Day 7, since it was a weigh in day. And since we were at the doctor’s office with the boy until almost 8 pm and were starving at 8:30, we got McDonald’s. I figured, what the hell. Tuesday is Day One again.

So here I am. Back to Day One.

The next 7 days consist of my office holiday party, another work holiday party, a cookie party with friends and a church party.

I will make good choices, but I will enjoy myself.
