		<description>I had my weigh-in today, and I was down 2.2 for a total of 51.8 since starting in November.  I've lost 8.6 in the last three weeks since switching to Core.

		<description>found this site a few weeks ago and it kinda prompted me to start ww again. i did it 3 years ago in order to loose weight to get pregnant.....now the baby is 19 months old.....and i am almost back to where i started ww 3 years ago. i am 168 now. i need to get to planning.......and buying fresh food. oh and its so hard not to eat what the baby doesnt finish!!!!</description>

I don't want to rain on your parade, but deli meats are not considered Core.  I'm not sure why...maybe too high in sodium?  I was disappointed by that at first.  But now, I've found other kinds of "easy" meats.  I'll grill several chicken breasts and keep them in the fridge to put on salads or in a wrap or diced up in soup.  You can also used canned tuna or chicken.

Also, for Core cereals, they have to have no sugar added.  And raisins aren't Core.  Now, of course you can still have those things, but you'll have to count points.  Sorry!

I was also thinking about doing the C25K program, but I still feel too big to run (in front of others).  I have, however exercised EVERY DAY for 11 days in a row!  That's probably a record for me.

Which day do you weigh in?</description>

Sorry about the stomach thing...yuck.  I hope you're feeling better.  I hate being sick, but if you have to be sick, losing weight is a great side-effect.

		<description>Holly!  I'm glad to see a new weight loss challenge.  I'm totally up for a new challenge.  I set a goal (at the beginning of the summer) to be down a total of 55 lbs by Labor Day.  So far I'm only at 43.something.  So, I have a month to lose about 10 lbs.  I'm still doing WW, but this is day 7 for me on the Core plan.  I LOVE IT!  I'm not sure how much you know about Core, but you should read about it.  You can eat fruits, veggies, lean meats, grains, fat free dairy, and brown rice/whole wheat pasta/or potatoes once a day.  You don't weigh or measure or count points for those things.  In addition, you have 35 pts per week for non-Core things.  I thought I'd have a lot of trouble with overeating, but surprisingly I haven't.  The foods you're allowed are so filling and satisfying that it really works.  My weigh-in is tomorow, so I'll let you know how I did my first week on Core.  If I don't do well, then please disregard everything I just wrote! :)</description>
