OMG, this is like looking into a mirror. I am Holly, and I have been on WW for 2 years and I am almost at my goal. Your blog is my personal history. All of the ups and downs. I had always wished I kept better track of my weight loss, but it looks like you did it for me. Our height, weight, starting weight and everything else is almost exactly the same. If, by chance, you ever check your blog again, please update me on how you're doing! It pretty much rocks my socks to have found some one on the same weight loss path. THANKS!!!

Glad to hear from ya. I was wondering how you were doing. I have never heard of "core" or "flex" what the heck is it? Maybe it could be something I could try. I seriously ate pretty good most of last week and I worked out real hard and I didn't lose a single pound. Depressing huh?

I had my weigh-in today, and I was down 2.2 for a total of 51.8 since starting in November. I've lost 8.6 in the last three weeks since switching to Core.

How are YOU doing?

I'm glad you're giving Core a try!

I don't want to rain on your parade, but deli meats are not considered Core. I'm not sure why...maybe too high in sodium? I was disappointed by that at first. But now, I've found other kinds of "easy" meats. I'll grill several chicken breasts and keep them in the fridge to put on salads or in a wrap or diced up in soup. You can also used canned tuna or chicken.

Also, for Core cereals, they have to have no sugar added. And raisins aren't Core. Now, of course you can still have those things, but you'll have to count points. Sorry!

I was also thinking about doing the C25K program, but I still feel too big to run (in front of others). I have, however exercised EVERY DAY for 11 days in a row! That's probably a record for me.

Which day do you weigh in?

My weigh-in was yesterday...only lost 1.4 lbs this week. I thought it would be more. I exercised EVERY day this week, and was perfectly on program. But, AF showed up, and may be the reason I didn't lose more. Oh well, 1.4 is definitely a step in the right direction. I'm down 49.6 lbs. total since November. How are YOU doing??
